**Required Skills**:

8. Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team building skills.
9. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals -Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, cold calls and direct mailing etc.

**Required Skills**:
1. Experience as a US IT/ Technical/ Healthcare recruiter: (Preferably working with VMS clients and Direct clients)

2. Experience working on W2 Tax term
3. Ready to work in extreme pressure (if need be)
5. Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in IT/NONIT. Must have experience in Recruit Medical Staff position like Registered Nurse (RN), LPN, CAN, Dialysis Technician, RRT, Clinical Nurse, Staff Nurse, Medical Assistant, Radiologist Etc.
6. Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.

7. Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.

8. Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team building skills.
9. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals -Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, cold calls and direct mailing etc.

10. Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ HR aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with U. S. Citizens, H1B. etc.
