We are seeking a passionate and driven US Recruiter to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for identifying and engaging top talent, this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:
3. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
4. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
5. Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 6 months of experience in US Recruitment.
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Willingness to work night shifts.
5. Must be local to Bangalore and able to work onsite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- US Recruitment : 1 year (required)
- VMS/MSP: 1 year (required)
- W2: 1 year (preferred)
