**Position**: Sales Administrator

**Location**: Kochi, India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
- Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the UAE sales team and clients to facilitate effective communication.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the UAE market trends and customer preferences.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
