**Job description**

**Title: Online Sales Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate schedules for the sales team, arranging meetings, and appointments.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the sales database.
- Monitor and track sales activities and performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.
- Aid in resolving customer inquiries and issues effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong English communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
