**Roles**:

- Drive sales for the assigned product category.
- Lead the sales team and track performance using KPIs, CRM, and weekly dashboards.
- Participate in trade shows, buyer-seller meets, and regional promotional events.
- Handle high-value negotiations, customer objections, and technical clarifications.
- Conduct competitive analysis on pricing, promotion, and product positioning to adapt strategy.
- Collaborate with the service, technical, and installation teams to ensure smooth postsales experience.
- Design and manage promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
- Submit timely reports on sales funnel, closures, and market intelligence.
- Conduct fortnightly training sessions for Sales Executives to improve product and sales skills.
- Ensure full adherence to company SOPs, commercial policies, and documentation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology.
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in têxtile machinery).
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT).
- Willingness to travel across industrial zones and têxtile hubs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
