- Responsible for all stakeholders correspondence and maintaining the minutes at all meetings.
- Responsible for managing all administrative activities of the CEO / Directors.
- Involve in all sort of hospitality management, travel management and ensure scheduling of payments and itineraries
- Fluent Communication
- Good Computer Skills

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, Teleconferences, and travel.
- Responds to or routes priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive.
- Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Recording and Preparation of Minutes of Meeting as and when required.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Arranging meeting papers and documents for signature and approval.
- Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
- Checking of mails and forwarding the same to the concerned persons as and when required.
- Handling the faxes / courier (through the Admin and Travel Desk).
- Managing and setting up of appointments for the CEO & the Board of Directors.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**Graduate / Post Graduate from a reputed university

Excellent communication Skills

Excellent MS office Skills

Presentation and Organizing Skills

Outlook Assistant skills

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 to ₹600,000.00 /year

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Excellent at Excel, Reports, Presentations
2. Diary Management
3. Travel & Hotel Bookings
4. Should be able to manage MDs office in his absence
5. Should be open to travelling
6. Should have worked as EA/Secretary to top management executives.

**Soft Skills**:
Excellent English communication
Ability to get work done, coordination, good at follow ups

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the MDs office
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Managing projects and conducting research
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Making travel and guest arrangements
Working in a professional environment

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
