**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers, understanding their furniture and décor needs.
- Guide customers through product selections, providing expert advice on features, customization options, and design compatibility.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, pricing, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups, clienteling, and personalized service.
- Coordinate with design consultants and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Assist in visual merchandising, showroom maintenance, and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred in Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in high-end or luxury retail sales (preferably furniture or home décor).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as per retail schedule.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
