**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities : Sales & Customer Experience**
- Deliver personalized and consultative sales experiences to every client.
- Understand clients’ lifestyle and aesthetic preferences to recommend suitable décor and furnishing solutions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients through regular engagement and follow-ups.

**Leadership & Operations**
- Support the Store in daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Supervise the sales team during shifts — ensure adherence to brand presentation and service standards.
- Lead by example in achieving sales goals and maintaining a luxury retail atmosphere.
- Ensure smooth store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.

**Brand Representation**
- Uphold brand values and luxury standards at all times.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, and design inspirations.
- Assist in organizing in-store events, client presentations, and visual merchandising updates.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Capture client data and maintain CRM records to support personalized marketing initiatives.
- Follow up with clients for post-purchase satisfaction and repeat business.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate degree in Retail Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in **luxury retail**, preferably in **home decor, furniture, or lifestyle** segments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and appreciation for luxury interiors.
- Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and basic MS Office.
