**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product selection, offering detailed information on furniture items, styles, and features.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail team.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are well-displayed.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and company promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of furniture trends and styles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- English, Telugu & Hindi languages are mandatory

- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer issues effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
