Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on furniture products, including materials, styles, and functionality.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory and restock displays as needed.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build relationships.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
