**Position: Safety Steward**

Location: Saki Vihar Road, Sakinaka, Powai, MumbaiIT Data Center Project

**Job Summary**:
As a Safety Steward at our job location, you will play an important role in promoting and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on construction sites. You will assist the Safety Supervisor in implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and providing training to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Key Role & Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the Safety Supervisor in conducting regular inspections of construction sites to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

2. Support site supervisors and workers in adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

3. Participate in safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors, covering topics such as hazard recognition, emergency procedures, and proper equipment usage.

4. Help investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and contribute to recommendations for corrective actions.

5. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance documentation.

6. Communicate safety requirements and updates to site personnel as directed by the Safety Supervisor.

7. Assist in the development and maintenance of emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures.

8. Promote a culture of safety by actively encouraging adherence to safety protocols and reporting any safety concerns to the Safety Supervisor.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in occupational health and safety is a plus.
- Previous experience in a construction-related role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols.
- First Aid/CPR certification is desirable.
- **Salary Range will be 2.5 lakhs to 3.0 lakhs**

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
