We are currently seeking a NLP and Conversational Designer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**Responsibilities**:

- Build content for chatbot and define an efficient process for identifying targeted follow-up questions based on keywords.
- Research and analyze the scope of intent within the linguistic and technical dimensions of chatbot's capabilities.
- Work with developers, product, and engineering teams to maximize conversions while ensuring a great user experience.
- Analyze chat history and optimize intents.
- Experiment with different content formats and styles to deliver unique user experiences.
- Drive continual content refinement and improvement through content experiments, user feedback, and analysis of performance metrics.
- Create conversational flows to suit the requirements.
- Train the chatbot accordingly to understand the linguistic variations of diverse types of users.
- Debug the bot behavior and fix the issues

**MUST HAVE SKILLS**
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Knowledgeable with user centric design
- Strong language skills, very good with language semantics, vocabulary, and grammar
- Familiarity with chatbots and voice assistants
- Exceptional creative thinking, writing and persona building skills
- 2+ years' experience in linguistic analysis, Conversation design, copy editing, or similar role preferred, in Content development roles.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to come up with creative solutions.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence, collaborate and communicate to internal resources and external vendors.

OTHER SKILLS WE'D APPRECIATE
- Experience with linguistic analysis, copy editing, or blogging is preferred
- Any programming experience.
- Understanding of Natural Language processing
- Familiarity with chatbots, voice enabled devices, or other conversational channels.
- Ability to understand and write JavaScript.
- Familiarity with social channels like Slack, FB, Twitter, Skype, MS Teams etc.
- Storyteller and editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preference
