- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Present and explain products/services to prospective clients over the phone.
- Listen to customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining potential interest.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation quotas.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally, aiming to convert prospects into interested customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve communication and sales skills.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team on customer responses and market trends.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
