**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls or attend inbound calls from international clients/customers.
- Explain products or services and generate interest or sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Update CRM or call logs with customer details and notes.
- Collaborate with team members and share feedback to improve performance.
- Follow call center scripts and adhere to regulatory and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Service Representative in an international process is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work night shifts or flexible hours as per international time zones.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
