**Customer Support Executive (Bulk Calling) - International Process**

**Location: Indore**

**Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Customer Support Executive / Pre-Sales Executive**who will be responsible for handling bulk calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and generating leads for the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
*Make outbound calls to a large number of prospective customers daily

*Introduce and explain our products/services effectively to potential leads

*Identify customer needs and generate interest in our offerings

*Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion

*Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads

*Handle customer queries and provide relevant information professionally

*Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, and follow-ups

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
- Quick learner with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage
