**Job Summary**:
We are searching for an engaged telecaller to reach out to current and possible clients. To be successful as a telecaller, one should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings.

**Telecaller Responsibilities**:

- Answering calls and resolving queries about product or services.
- Keep up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
- Should be punctual.
- Maintaining Professionalism On The Call.
- Asking Questions To The Customer And Understanding Their Needs.
- Gain Comprehensive Product Knowledge To Enhance Performance.
- Accurately Record Details Of Customer's Purchase Orders And Process.

**Telecaller Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Individuals with Prior experience or fresher.
- Computer literate (Basic).
- Effectual verbal communication.
- Phone etiquettes.
- Clarity in communicating.
- Active listening.

**Job Type**:
Full Time.

**Salary**:
9,000-15,000/- per month.

Indore, MP
