OMC is a leader in debt lending and financial services, dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate financial challenges. We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team and play a key role in ensuring timely collections and maintaining client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of pending payments and collect debts.
- Address customer inquiries related to their accounts and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.

**Key Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling, debt collection, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to stay calm and handle challenging conversations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
