**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Script Breakdown Translate scripts and references into detailed shot lists, storyboards, and visual guides.
- On ground Shoot Direction Cue models, manage shot timing and flow, and direct talent and crew on set.
- Pre Production Coordination Handle call sheets, prop wardrobe preparation, and location readiness.
- Team Collaboration Work closely with stylists, videographers, editors and the content team for creative alignment.
- Reference Management Maintain organized visual libraries for styling framing and mood boards.
- Technical Assistance Assist with camera and lighting setup when required ensure smooth shoot flow.
- Footage Management Label footage, maintain shoot logs, and support handover to postproduction.

**Qualifications** **& Key Skills**
- Bachelor s degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Film Production, Fashion Communication, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in content production, fashion shoots, or digital storytelling.
- Understanding of shoot direction camera language and fashion aesthetics.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to organize and manage shot plans references and production checklist.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and hands on with on ground execution.
- Familiarity with Instagram/YouTube trends short form video and youth centric content.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in fashion storytelling and creative visual content.
