We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of System Administrator

In this role, you will:

- Assist in the planning and implementation of all IT projects and ensure standards and deadlines are met.\
- To provide user level system support to the business area and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support
- Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system
- Strictly adhere to the set procedures and follow the guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in working with IT Operations area as System Admin.
- Thorough knowledge of SCCM (SCCM Administrator Console, Remote tools, Software Distribution, Inventory, Software Metering, and Operating System Deployment)
- Technical support and good trouble shooting knowledge on MAC Books / Infrastructure
- Strong communication and conflict management skills and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision or as part of a larger team.
- Strong MIS skills with sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Co-ordinate and work with other regional teams for different IT projects.
