**Job Summary**:
The Salon Coordinator - Inventory is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels of salon products, tools, and consumables. The role involves tracking product usage, placing timely orders, coordinating with vendors, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining inventory records to support smooth salon operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels of all salon-related products and consumables.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team/vendors to order products as needed.
- Track expiry dates of products and ensure timely disposal/replacement.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored as per hygiene standards.
- Maintain records of stock in/out using digital inventory management tools or Excel.
- Update the salon team regularly on available stock and usage guidelines.
- Assist in preparing inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation for receiving stock (invoices, GRNs, etc.).
- Identify slow-moving or overstocked items and report for action.
- Handle stock handover and return during staff exit or replacement.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in inventory management or store coordination (preferably in a salon/spa/retail setup).
- Strong knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Understanding of basic salon products (hair, skin, cosmetic items) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
