Location: Athenian Salon, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the salon
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and training
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle client feedback
  • Track inventory and order salon supplies
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards
  • Drive sales, upsell services, and manage targets
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage billing systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in salon management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a team and deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of salon software and inventory handling
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional
