Job Title : Toon Boom Artist

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Animation Production**:

- Create high-quality 2D animations using Toon Boom Harmony or other animation software.
- Work closely with the animation director and other team members to bring characters and scenes to life.
- Ensure animations adhere to project guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.

2. **Storyboarding**:

- Collaborate with the storyboard team to interpret and translate storyboards into engaging and dynamic animations.
- Implement creative solutions to enhance storytelling through animation.

3. **Character Design**:

- Develop and refine character designs that align with the project's visual style and narrative.
- Ensure consistency in character design throughout the animation.

4. **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other artists, animators, and designers to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing animation style.
- Participate in creative discussions and provide input to enhance the overall quality of the animation.

5. **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of animation sequences to identify and address any issues or improvements needed.
- Maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of animation production.

6. **Adaptability**:

- Adapt to changes in project scope, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining a positive and flexible attitude.

**Requirements**:
1. **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony or similar 2D animation software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and character movement.

2. **Artistic Skills**:

- Exceptional drawing and illustration skills.
- Ability to create appealing and dynamic character designs.

3. **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Toon Boom Artist or similar role in the animation industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation projects.

4. **Communication**:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and provide constructive feedback.

5. **Creativity**:

- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall project.

6. **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: ₹9,305.12 - ₹40,503.97 per month
