**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and visual style.

2. Create high-quality 2D animations using Adobe Animate software, adhering to project guidelines and timelines.

3. Develop storyboards, character designs, and visual assets for animations.

4. Animate characters, objects, and backgrounds, ensuring smooth and fluid movements.

5. Use sound editing software like Audacity to synchronize audio with animations.

6. Edit and enhance animations using Adobe Premiere Pro, adding special effects, transitions, and sound effects.

7. Work closely with the team to ensure consistency in animation style and quality throughout the project.

8. Collaborate with other animators, sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to collective creative projects.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new animation techniques, and software advancements.

10. Ensure all animations are optimized for different platforms and devices.

11. Manage and organize animation assets, maintaining a well-structured file management system.

12. Balance creativity with project constraints to deliver high-quality animations within deadlines.

Working experience in creating cartoons & sketching is a bonus.

Preferred experience in the political domain.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. 0-1 years of experience as an Animator, preferably working with 2D animation and Flash animation.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Animate software, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Audacity.

3. Knowledge of character design, storyboarding, and visual storytelling techniques.

4. Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and movement.

5. Basic knowledge of sound editing and synchronization with animations.

6. Familiarity with special effects, transitions, and sound design in animation.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with other animators and creative professionals.

8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality animations.

9. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project constraints and changes.

10. Basic understanding of video editing and post-production processes.

11. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

12. A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous animation work, particularly in 2D animation and Flash animation, is highly desirable.
