Job Description: Animator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Animator to join our team. As an Animator, you will be responsible for creating captivating and visually appealing animations using various techniques and tools. Your expertise in bringing static designs to life through movement and storytelling will play a key role in creating engaging visual content.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop concept boards, storyboards, and animatics to outline the visual narrative and timing of animations.

Create 2D or 3D character animations, motion graphics, and special effects, using software such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, or similar tools.

Collaborate with the creative team, including artists, writers, and designers, to understand project requirements and objectives.

Transform static illustrations or designs into dynamic and fluid animations that convey the desired message or story.

Ensure animations are visually appealing, technically sound, and meet project specifications and deadlines.

Incorporate feedback and make revisions to animations as necessary, ensuring they align with the project vision.

Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and software advancements, continuously improving your animation skills.

Collaborate with other animators or artists to work on larger projects, ensuring consistency and coherence in the overall animation.

Adhere to project timelines and effectively manage multiple assignments concurrently.

Maintain a strong attention to detail and ensure animations are consistent with the established art style and brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Animator, with a portfolio showcasing your animation skills and creativity.

Proficiency in animation software and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, or similar programs.

Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, movement, and storytelling.

Ability to create both 2D and 3D animations, as required by the project.

Knowledge of visual effects and compositing techniques is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interpret and execute creative briefs and feedback.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to animations.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring animations are precise and meet quality standards.

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience in various animation styles, including character animation, motion graphics, and visual effects.

Familiarity with 3D modeling and rigging.

Knowledge of sound design and integration into animations.

Understanding of video editing and post-production processes.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
