**Story board**:

- You need to show storytelling skills and an understanding of film.A story portfolio should be laser focused on showcasing your visual storytelling ability mainly through storyboards. Include Full Sequences of Storyboards. Either as an animatic or single panels for the director to click through rather than a few nicely done panels or thumbnails

**Role & responsibilities of a storyboard artist**

*Liaising with writers, animators, and directors regarding the look, style, and level of detail required for the storyboard of each production
*Reading and interpreting scripts
*Breaking down the script with the director to identify key scenes and plan them visually
*Sequencing the scenes from a script into storyboard format using panels of images
*Including special effects in the storyboard frames
*Identifying lighting requirements and articulating circles of tension within each scene
*Including key dialogue or scene directions within each frame
*Briefing animators on key scenes within the storyboard
*Amending storyboard scenes during the course of production

**2D-Animators**:

- 2D animators focus on creating characters, backgrounds, and scene transitions, bringing creative ideas and concepts to life. Job duties of 2D animators revolve around designing and producing images; they include: Producing special effects and action graphics. Creating frames and characters.

**Role & responsibilities of a 2D animator**

*Understand project goals to explore and set the game's visual identity
*Create rough story-telling character poses, and finalize clean character cutouts
*Create compelling 2D character animations with emphasis on humor
*Create Static and Animated 2D objects and environments as needed
*Contribute baseline time estimates, work with Lead Animator and Art Director to prioritize, schedule, and achieve production milestones
*Responsible for the production of high quality 2d animated sequences using digital tools
*The ability to work within a team environment under the supervision of the animation supervisor/art director/associate director.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
