**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily hospital operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and administrative functions to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments such as nursing, medical staff, finance, human resources, and facilities management to maintain efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization while complying with healthcare regulations.
- Supervise hospital staff, handle patient complaints, and ensure adequate staffing and equipment for quality care.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, performance metrics, and operational excellence.
- Lead major operational change projects, drive innovation, and improve staff engagement to support hospital goals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including standards like HIPAA and accreditation requirements, and oversee quality assurance programs.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations, with proven leadership in managing teams and departments.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, budgeting, financial management, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and familiarity with process optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in planning and managing medical services in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical functions.
- Track record of improving operational efficiency, patient flow, and revenue cycle management.
- Knowledge of hospital-specific operations in the Indian healthcare context, particularly in West Bengal.

**Location and Compensation**
- Location: ADS Hospital, Howrah, West Bengal
- Compensation: 28,000 to 30,000 INR/Month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:
