**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders as required.
- Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines for the executive.
- Assist in project coordination and documentation as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems and administrative processes.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Experience in construction or project-based environments is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,097.17 - ₹50,010.64 per month
