**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: POLLACHI AND PALLADAM

**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential leads, engaging with prospective clients, and closing sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Follow-Up**:

- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing customers.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product developments.
- **CRM Management**:

- Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve offerings.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
