**About the Role**:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Outbound Call Agent to join our on-site team. The role involves calling potential and existing customers, explaining products and services, generating leads, and assisting the sales team with closures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers during the night shift (US/Canada time zone).
- Clearly explain company products, offers, and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow-up records.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead quality.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and support teams for smooth follow-ups.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive communication style throughout.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling or tele-sales (international process preferred).
- Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident tone.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US/Canada hours).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge - CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel.
- A self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
