**Store Personnel** (Real-estate Background is mandatory)
- To order goods and supplies to ensure that maximum/minimum stock levels are maintained.
- Receiving all material as per purchase order & record in different stock register, distributing materials as per requirement of different contractors, maintaining inventory control.
- To order all items through approved suppliers only, obtaining permission for ordering any items which are only available through an alternate source.
- To ensure that goods received are of the quality and quantity ordered and in accordance with the agreed price.
- Should be proficient in material controlling, handling, checking, maintaining day to day material report, making formalities (G.R.N.) etc, Ledger maintain, incoming outgoing register maintain, preparing daily/monthly consumption report.
- Continuous Coordination with Project Management Team & Purchase Department at H.O.
- Should be hands on in the entire gamut of store functions in Real Estate sector.
- Should be thorough in MS Office, ERP functions.
- Good interpersonal skill & a team player.
- Knowledge of construction materials for Real Estate Projects and well conversant with requirements of Real Estate sector is a must.
