**Job Description**:
You will be responsible for overseeing our entire Administration and Supply Chain from the point of acquisition to delivery, as well as managing our inventory and warehousing. In this position, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, while also developing and executing strategies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to as follows:

- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Plan routes and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Manage inventory
- Communicate regularly with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers to replenish stock. In addition to maintaining relationships with current vendors, they may also research other potential business partners offering more competitive prices
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital formats
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors
- Provide support to HR department as and when required
- maintenance and organization of company records
- Manage entire Jardine properties of all locations
- being the main point of contact for personnel within the company and external parties
- bookkeeping, record-keeping or data entry into financial, personnel and legal databases and records
- operation and basic troubleshooting of office equipments
- maintenance and organization of company records
- Record keeping of all sort of licenses across the company and make sure of time renewal of all
- Travel as and when required, including outstation
- ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
- overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
- ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
- managing budgets
- drafting maintenance reports
- helping with office relocations / new office setup

**Salary**: ₹10,946.57 - ₹21,000.00 per month
