**Job Title**: Office Administrator
**Location**: Kasba
**Job Summary**:The Office Administrator ensures the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and supporting staff to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and office supplies inventory.
- Support budgeting, bookkeeping, invoicing and financial reporting.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.
- Provide support to colleagues and management as needed.
- Interest in learning about our product line and eventually being able to prepare sample kits for clients when required
- Coordinating/scheduling deliveries via calls and receiving goods if needed.
- Day to day bank visits.
- Warehouse visits may also be required to collect purchase/sale bills or handing over cash to/from staff.
- Very focused in maintaining/filing all our sale/purchase bills, calling clients for payments/deliveries, making sure all monthly accounting formalities are carried out etc.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
