**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Backend Coordination**: Maintain records, manage documentation, and ensure smooth office operations.
- **Travel Booking**: Handle flight, hotel, and transport bookings for employees and management.
- **Sales Coordination**: Assist the sales team with reports, follow-ups, and documentation.
- **Filing & Documentation**: Organize and maintain digital and physical records systematically.
- **General Admin Support**: Manage office supplies, assist in event planning, and support daily office functions.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in administrative roles preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
