**Job Details**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
- Generate and analyze basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of files and records.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Support the HR and Operations team with day-to-day tasks.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Admin or Receptionist role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
