Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-field market research to identify potential distributors and A-Class retail stores for our diverse range of FMCG products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key decision-makers.
- Present company offerings and product portfolios to distributors and retailers, negotiating terms to drive successful partnerships.
- Collect feedback from retailers and distributors on product demand, pricing, and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activity in the region and report findings to the management team.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with partners, resolving any distribution or product-related issues.
- Track inventory levels and ensure the seamless supply of products to the distribution network.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and replenishment of stock.
- Regularly update the management team on distribution progress, opportunities, and challenges in the field.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG distribution, sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Kolkata and nearby districts' retail landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with distributors and retailers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an on-field role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools for reporting and communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
