Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role
- You will lead ServiceNow Enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) architecture through the disciplined use of product sense, execution, measurements, and prioritization to design and optimize ServiceNow solutions. By aligning business needs through an understanding of technical capabilities, you will identify, design, and document the ITOM capability needs and opportunities for PayPal. **Job Description**:
**Your day to day**
- Design a target state vision for the Enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) for PayPal (inclusive of data structure, data ownership/governance, relationships, ingestion points, integrations)
- Design and document the target state discovery and service mapping landscape that will help meet PayPal’s enterprise CMDB needs
- Close partnership with the product management function to create and maintain the backlog of ServiceNow ITOM feature development
- Bridge the gap among the different departments involved in successfully enabling your products, including business process owners, engineering, development, information security, and operations

**What do you need to **bring**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years’ experience in business analysis, ServiceNow implementations, metrics and reporting, platform-based process management, or other relevant experience required
- Hands-on experience as a senior developer or platform architect enabling ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Service Graph Connectors, Agent Client Connector, and Configuration Management Database
- Hands-on experience implementing integration and ETL technologies and capabilities such as Integration Hub, Service Graph, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), REST, JDBC, ODBC, etc.
- Experience documenting technical architecture with different target audiences in mind (i.e. business stakeholders, leadership, and or technical SME’s)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
- Passion for continuous learning; stay apprised of new ITOM features and capabilities
