**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries via calls
- Resolve queries related to investment products
- Identify customers needs with quick response times
- Manage and address customer queries and complaints
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times

**Role Requirements**:

- Full-time graduation in any stream is mandatory
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication, writing, typing, and presentation skills
