- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- Scheduling routine maintenance and addressing equipment breakdowns.

- Reducing waste and increasing efficiency.

- **Reporting**:

- Compiling and reporting production data.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a production environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software.
- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is often preferred.
