**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning & Execution**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production flow and timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor production performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and take corrective actions as needed.
- **Sheet Metal & Fabrication Expertise**:

- Utilize in-depth knowledge of sheet metal processes (e.g., cutting, bending, forming, welding, assembly) and fabrication techniques.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in sheet metal manufacturing.
- **Automotive Industry Experience**:

- Leverage experience in the automotive manufacturing sector, understanding industry specific requirements, quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949), and production methodologies.
- **Team Leadership & Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff, supervisors, and operators.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the production department.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for the team.
- **Quality Control & Rejection Management**:

- Implement robust quality control measures to minimize internal and external rejections.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing and addressing **OE (Original Equipment)** and **Internal Rejection** issues.
- Proficient in using **PARETO analysis** and other statistical tools for root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Drive initiatives to reduce scrap and rework, improving overall product quality and cost efficiency.
- **Process Improvement & Cost Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, equipment, and manpower.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety audits.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- **8 to 10 years of progressive experience** in manufacturing roles, with significant experience as a Manufacturing Head or Production Incharge.
- **Mandatory experience in the Sheet Metal and Fabrication Industry.**:

- **Mandatory experience in the Automotive Industry.**:

- Proven experience in managing **OE (Original Equipment)** and **Internal Rejection** control.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in **PARETO analysis** for problem-solving and quality improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
