**Job Summary**:
As a Printer Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality and performance of Printers portable computing devices. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with customers and colleagues to provide timely and effective solutions, making this role integral to the smooth operation of businesses and individuals who rely on Printer for their work and personal needs.
- **On-Site Servicing**: In addition to servicing Printer in a workshop or service center, the Printer Service Engineer may be required to travel to customer sites. This includes Stores, offices, or other locations where Printers need servicing. While on-site, the engineer should maintain professionalism and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnosis and Troubleshooting**: Perform in-depth analysis to identify hardware and software problems in Printers. Utilize diagnostic tools, manuals, and your technical knowledge to pinpoint issues accurately.
- **Repair and Maintenance**: Execute repairs, replacements, and upgrades for Printer components, including but not limited to, processors, memory, hard drives, and batteries. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards.
- **Data Backup and Recovery**: Implement data backup solutions and assist customers in recovering lost or corrupted data, ensuring data privacy and security.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in computer science, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Printer service technician or a similar role in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Printer hardware and software issues.

Fresher's are also welcome with knowledge in Printer hardware replacement.
