**Key Responsibilities**:
**IT Infrastructure Management**:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Handle Level 4 desktop support calls and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.

**Hardware and Desktop Support**:
Assemble computers and install operating systems and software.

Install, configure, and maintain peripherals such as printers, scanners, and other

hardware.

**Service Desk Management**:
Manage service and incident tickets efficiently through the Service Desk platform.

Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high service standards.

**Software and System Proficiency**:
Work with Windows 10 & 11, MS Office, and other essential software tools.

**Peripheral and System Installation**:
Oversee the installation and maintenance of peripheral devices.

Provide support for CCTV systems and door access systems, if applicable.**Other**

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of systems and services.

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance infrastructure operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management.

Proven experience in IT hardware and desktop support.

Proficiency in managing Windows 10 & 11, MS Office, and related software.

Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.

Knowledge of computer assembly, operating system installation, and software setup.

Familiarity with peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and CCTV systems.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks ef

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
