Role Overview:
Support day-to-day finance administration under the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax, PAYG, and superannuation.
- Submit Portable Long Service Leave.
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
- Manage client NDIS funding.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
- Address aged receivables, claims, and queries.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in finance roles.
- Advanced skills in Xero and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Cloud Payroll and CRM systems (desirable).
- Excellent numeracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain professionalism.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Proficient in British English at an advanced level.

Qualifications:

- Diploma of Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in finance administration or similar roles.
- NDIS experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with CareLink or similar CRM systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of Portable Long Service Leave (advantageous).
- Advanced proficiency in British English is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
