**Position Overview**:
This role is open to **MBA freshers** who are eager to start their career in credit, finance, and risk management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field verification and customer profiling as per company policies.
- Analyze income proofs, financial statements, and repayment capacity.
- Prepare credit appraisal reports and submit recommendations for approval.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and collection teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and loan proposal records.
- Contribute to improving credit evaluation and risk control processes.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: MBA (Finance/Marketing), BBA, B.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial analysis.
- Attention to detail and customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
