**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and insights to optimize strategy and drive results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Stay informed about competitors’ activities and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a **Social Media Executive** or similar role, with a **strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns**.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

**Other Details**:

- Working days/ timings - Mon-Friday (10:00-7:00) & Alternate Saturdays
- Work from the Office. The office is in Goregaon East. Near Railway Station.
- Experience required - 4 to 5 years
- Salary Bracket - As per industry standard
- Immediate Joining preferred
