We aim to enhance their quality of life through compassionate care, engaging activities, and personalized services. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- **Centre Operations**:

- Assist in the daily operations of the center, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and upkeep of the facility.
- Help with the planning and execution of resident activities and programs.
- Manage schedules and rosters for staff and volunteers.
- **Visitor Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, residents’ families, and vendors.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Ensure the visitor log is maintained accurately.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the services and facilities.
- **Resident Interaction**:

- Assist residents with administrative needs, such as completing forms or accessing services.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, ensuring they feel supported and heard.
- Coordinate transportation and appointments for residents as needed.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**:

- Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident and organizational information.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for working with the elderly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of healthcare or senior care services is beneficial.

**Working Conditions**:

- Predominantly office-based with regular interaction with residents and visitors.
- May require occasional lifting of office supplies and equipment.
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet the needs of the facility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
