Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.

  • Handle billing procedures, including processing payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

  • Utilize office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, billing software) to perform data entry and record keeping.

  • Assist with customer inquiries related to services, products, and billing issues.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and clients.

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.

  • Support administrative staff with various tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and billing software.

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and billing processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
