Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
Handle billing procedures, including processing payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Utilize office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, billing software) to perform data entry and record keeping.
Assist with customer inquiries related to services, products, and billing issues.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and clients.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.
Support administrative staff with various tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and billing software.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and billing processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
