Roles & Responsibilities:

- Should manage the complete cafeteria operation.
- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards.
- Ensure Environment, safety and health requirements are met, service standards, hygenie are always maintained across the facilities
- Prior Food and Beverage experience.
- Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards.
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
- Promptly and professionally handles employee issues in a timely & efficient manner.
- Ensure that employee are satisfied with food and service.
- Prior experience with Planning, Budgeting, Inventory Management etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft, Excel, Outlook.
- Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
- Analytical skills
- Responsible for non technical operations of facilities management including cafeteria management, transport management, house keeping, supplier management, event management, employee wellness etc
- Cost management
- Ensure help desk requests are attended to within the agreed timelines
- Graduate or Masters in Hotel Management
- Co ordinate for periodical audits and for the closure
- Manage IFM partners for soft services of the facility
- Take rounds of the multiple facility to identify issues in housekeeping, cafeteria issues, etc
- Manage Employee transport operations
- Leadership qualities
