**Food and Beverage Operations**:
Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services, including employee cafeterias, pantries, and refreshment stations.
Coordinate with vendors and caterers for the timely supply of meals, snacks, and beverages.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
**Vendor Management**:
Liaise with external catering vendors, food suppliers, and service providers.
Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements.
**Facility Support**:
Ensure all dining and pantry areas are clean, well-stocked, and maintained.
Oversee food storage, inventory, and replenishment processes.
Implement cost control measures to minimize wastage and optimize usage.
**Staff Coordination**:
Supervise pantry staff, housekeeping, and service personnel.
Conduct regular training sessions on food handling, hygiene standards, and customer service.
Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
**Employee & Visitor Experience**:
Address employee and visitor needs professionally, ensuring a pleasant food and beverage experience.
Organize refreshments and catering for corporate meetings, conferences, and events.
Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
**Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols as per industry and company standards.
Conduct regular checks on food handling, sanitation, and kitchen/pantry equipment.
Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
**Administrative Support**:
Manage F&B expenses, prepare reports, and monitor budgets.
Maintain stock levels, place purchase orders, and reconcile invoices.
Assist in planning and implementing cost-effective food programs
