**TEAM OVERVIEW**

KKR’s Finance, Tax, and Accounting team oversees the firm’s tax compliance, credit and accounting, and reporting matters to produce analytical insights that drive business decisions and long-term success. The team is responsible for designing efficient frameworks through internal and external data and reports to understand the market environment and business dynamics and implement best practices. The team also collaborates closely with KKR’s Legal and Compliance team to ensure compliance and accurate reporting and performance of our corporate tax entities related to our investment funds. The Finance, Tax, and Accounting team also functions as a support for clients, from onboarding to investor communications and overall relationship management across all asset class, as well as responding to any ad-hoc tax-related requests.

The role is responsible for collaborating with various groups within the firm on a variety of projects including working closely with the tax advisors to coordinate tax data for investor reporting, analyze tax treatment and review tax withholding calculations, review tax provisions for blocker corporations, respond to numerous LP, and handle ad-hoc tax related requests. The team functions at a high level in a fast-paced environment, consistently collaborating with our finance team, deal team members and external legal and tax advisors.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Operational Excellence**
- Work closely with outside service providers to ensure timely preparation and filing of fund, co-invests, separately managed accounts, internal discretionary entities annual schedules k-1’s
- Prepare the taxable income estimates accurately which are sent to investors quarterly
- Maintain withholding documentation and oversee the compliance for FATCA, CRS, etc.
- Review tax withholding calculations for distributions under quick turn-around
- Prepare quarterly tax provisions for blocker corporations

**Stakeholder Management**
- Review investor tax questions and responses
- Handle numerous ad-hoc tax related requests for relevant stakeholders

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1-3 years of experience Global Information Reporting is preferred, including experience with Forms W-8 (including W-8IMY), Form W-9, Self-certification forms, GIINs, FATCA Reporting, CRS Reporting and understands business processes for US Partnership Tax compliance functions
- Experience in a multinational Financial Services organization and/or Private Equity preferred
- Ability to manage numerous requests and tasks on a daily basis and track/respond to requests in a timely manner
- Ability to create FATCA accounts for entities on IRS website
- Ability to complete certifications of KKR entities on IRS portals
- Ability to update workbooks to reflect taxable income
- Ability to update tax projections files
- Ability to save, track and process tax returns
