Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Executive Finance will be responsible for supporting in all financial activities and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management, taxation, and reporting practices.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

**Taxation and Compliance**:

- Support in tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with all tax regulations (income tax, GST/VAT, etc).
- Coordinate tax filings, audits, and assessments with external tax advisors.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and their implications for the industry.

**Internal Controls and Audit Management**:

- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Coordinate external audits and act as the primary liaison with auditors.

**Financial Systems and Process Improvement**:

- Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend and help in implementing improvements in financial reporting and analysis.

**Risk Management and Compliance**:

- Identify financial risks and support to develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Support in ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Team Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Legal departments.
- Support senior members of the finance team, fostering professional development.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 year of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
- Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in tax planning, compliance, and audits.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
